Between 2011 and 2017, Artis hosted intensive three-day career development programs for artists, which provided emerging artists with pedagogical framework for professional practices on an international level. The programs focused on skills such as artist talks, funding, and negotiating relationships with gallerists, while also providing opportunities for artists to present their work and receive feedback from international curators participating in Artis’ Curatorial Seminar program. In six years, over 140 artists from Israel participated in the program. The Artis team continues to mentor artists throughout the year with studio visits and advisory services.
