Artis and the Center for Contemporary Art presented an evening with Ivo Mesquita, one of Latin America’s most renowned curators and a seminal figure in the growth of the São Paulo Biennial and Brazilian art at large. Through his presentation of the Pinacoteca do Estado in São Paulo, Mesquita discussed the evolving contemporary art scene in Brazil.
