Artis and the Center for Contemporary Art presented an evening discussing experimental curatorial projects that push art outside itself and into other fields of practice. Curators Naomi Beckwith, Prem Krishnamurthy, and Lucia Sanroman shared their strategies for overlapping art with community outreach, urban design, graphic design, and public legislature. Presentations were followed by a discussion and Q&A moderated by CCA Curator Chen Tamir.
Case in Point is a series of talks and thematic panel discussions that take place during Artis’ Curatorial Seminar in Israel. Through presentations and a moderated discussion, participants focus on the practices of international and Israel-based curators, and investigate contemporary topics in the field of curating.
