Both a sculpture and an instrument, Work on Felt (Variation 22) is part of Tsabar’s ongoing series of felt-based works. The sculpture can be played like an instrument by strumming the strings or beating on the felt structure, and the sound is amplified through a microphone and speaker embedded in the work.
