Research Grant

Artis is supporting the establishment and development of the Center for Knowledge and Research of Palestinian Art at the Umm el-Fahem Museum of Art—a growing digital archive presenting the practices and careers of Palestinian artists across Israel, Gaza, the West Bank, and in the diaspora. The Center is dedicated to the research, collection, and mapping of a wide range of information and archival materials, which are then sorted, catalogued, and systematically documented in Arabic, Hebrew, and English. The archive is accessible to the public online and in a dedicated reading room at the museum.
