“Blurred Lines,” Karam Natour’s first solo exhibition in Switzerland, presented four video works: Heat in My Head (2015), Repeat After Me (2018), Alive (2018), and the Swiss premier of his two-channel video Nothing Personal (2017). As an Israeli citizen of Palestinian origin, in his works, Natour comments on the dynamics of power structures within society, exploring larger questions on citizenship, nationhood, language, and home. Natour often considers his personal history in his practice, and regularly features his family members as subjects in his videos. The exhibition included the publication of a catalog, and a digital copy is available for download.
