This site-specific wood and sound installation centers a recording of a 2019 conversation between artist Gabi Kricheli and artist Pesach Slabosky–days before Slabosky’s untimely death–in which they discuss the meaning of art and everyday experience.
As viewers progress through the wooden structure that was constructed on-site at hoast, the recording of the conversation between Kricheli and Slabosky plays in the background. Interpretations of the artists’ recorded dialogue evolve over time, given the ever-changing context of daily reality.
