Curated by Roxana Fabius, Mage is a group exhibition presenting projects that take a poetic stance regarding the opacity of technologies to playfully manage the seeming magic
spells they cast around us. The group of works focus our attention on how technologies create a mysticism around their functions that are akin to magic, while projecting towards the past, present and future interpretations of the tools of the mage.
Participating artists: Aaron Cohen, Dana Levy, Enrique Ramírez, Erica Stoller. The exhibition is accompanied by piece of performative writing and publishing by Christopher Hamamoto and Federico Pérez Villoro.
