“Staring Back at the Sun” traces the development of contemporary video practice in Israel, highlighting 35 video works by 38 artists who take an incisive, critical perspective toward the cultural and political landscape in Israel and internationally. The catalogue accompanying the traveling exhibition and public program series was published in partnership with the Tang Museum at Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, New York. This dual-language book in English and Hebrew was published following the project’s three-year tour, where it was presented at nine venues internationally.
